Description of the problem	Their is a continuous sound coming out from the top of the dash board, when you start the engine. This sharp sound sometimes occurs time to time to course discomfort to anyone inside the car. This sharp sound occur some times and not always. But when occur it takes the full day and does not stop for two to three days. Their is also lot of complain about this sound on youtube with kia optima customer with the same sound coming from the top of the dash board, when the engine is start.
