Description of the problem	When driving on freeway "65 mph and above" the steering wheel sticks in the 12:00 position causing the car to swerve from the pressure applied to correct drift . It steers fine if you constantly move the steering wheel back and forth. It happens when your driving straight and making minor steering wheel adjustments.
