| Description of the problem | Took my vehicle in for a engine recall. It only took 10 minutes. No explanation on what was the process to check a recalled engine. No details on how and what was done to check the engine. This an indication that kia is trying to save money. Also nhtsa should indicate on it's website before the remedy, indicate the process being used to check the engine. All they stated was pass. |
