Description of the problem	Steeling wheel and column is very loose. Whenever you hit a small bump in the road the steeling wheel looses control. It makes a loud rattling noise. Also, the radio system stop working. I would turn my car off and the stereo system would continue to play and would not cut off even when the car was turn off. Even with the keys out of the ignition. The only way you could get it to turn off was to disconnect the battery. Took car to the kia dealership they stated that their recall system has a nationwide shut down and they do not know when they will be able to repair it.
