Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2013 kia optima. The contact stated while driving 20 mph and making a right turn, he heard an abnormal popping sound prior to the air bag warning light illuminating. Upon inspection, the contact became aware that the horn had popped out of place and was raised inside of the steering wheel which made the horn defective.
