Description of the problem	9/5/2020 roughly 10:00 am entering the onramp to get on i10 west. Car lost acceleration, never reached 40 mph, this has happened multiple times before, took foot off gas, attempted to accelerate, car lost all power and turned off. I was able to pull onto right shoulder and park vehicle. Car was towed to my home. I called all star kia in san bernadino ca, unable to assess vehicle for 7 - 10 days. Called palm springs kia multiple times on extended hold. When we connected, i was informed that my vehicle wouldnt be looked at until 9/18/2020.
