Description of the problem	My air bag light will not go out, so i took car to mechanic and he replaced clock spring and air bag light still on. So looked up recalls for kia 2013 and i see air bag default and i called kia and was told even that was a problem for some kia 2013 my car is not included because of my vin. I went back to mechanic and he stated that it was an air bag issue with kia and should be taken care of because it is same issue they recalled kia optima 2013 regardless of vin it is within the year of recall.
