Description of the problem	We bought this car brand new in 2012. It is 6 years old. We were notified of an engine related recall in 2017. We took the car in to get the recall (s) looked at (there were 3 other recalls too) in october 2017. They notified us that our engine was fine and did not need replaced. In may 2018 i was driving in a 70 mph area of the interstate, tried to accelerate, heard a loud clicking sound, all of the warning lights come on and the engine turned off. I turned on the hazard lights and was able to coast to the shoulder, luckily the traffic around me was light and two young children were not in the car with me. The car is right outside of the warranty period. I no longer have a vehicle, even though i just bought a brand new car that is only 6 years old. I am extremely disappointed in kia and will never recommend buying a kia.
