| Description of the problem | On 04/15/2011 our 2011 kia optima was damaged by mice eating wires in the engine compartment. We need an engine harness replaced. Dealer told us that the part is not in the us. They also tell us that they don't know when it will be found. On 5/3/2011 we were told that it might be available on 6/112011. This car has approx. 1050 miles. The service manager at the dealer has been great in keeping us updated. Our problem is with the lax attitude i received from kia cs, and the "parts manager of the region" from nj that called me and told me that we just have to wait. While we make out monthly lease payments to kia. How is that a company can have no parts to repair a brand new vehicle and still make money from us? |
