Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2007 kia optima. While driving 50 mph, the vehicle slid and struck a guardrail while avoiding another vehicle. The roads were wet due to rainy conditions. After striking the rail, the front end slid and the passenger side was damaged. None of the air bags deployed. The vehicle had to be towed to a shop and was considered to be destroyed by the insurance company.
