| Description of the problem | Despite there being a voluntary warranty extension on the part of kia for the occupancy sensor mat, they refuse to replace mine because the code it is displaying is not the same as the code specified in their voluntary extension. The ocs mat in my car does not function properly and when adults are seated in the passenger seat the airbag system remains off. |
