Description of the problem	Engine froze up at 59,000. 00 car is under warranty and kia is refusing to fix car. This is a known issue and kia has already sued and fined by the government but fotres were not recalled. I am a widow who lives at poverty level and do not have the money to fix this. I have 4 open recalls they are also refusing to fix. I cannot produce maintenance records because when my husband died i was actually homeless. Kia said to bad.
