Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2009 kia borrego. The contact stated while driving various speeds the steering wheel became difficult to control. The faster he drove, the more difficult it became to turn the steering wheel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer four to five times but was told the steering wheel functioned normally.
