Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2009 kia borrego. While traveling at an unknown speed, the contact heard a loud noise near the driver seat. The seat was loosely connected and the stud bolt fractured. The seat jerked forward and prevented the contact from using the adjust buttons on the side of the seat. The contact was not able to drive the vehicle due to the failure. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for further inspection.
