Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2009 kia borrego. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 30 mph, the accelerator pedal was depressed but the vehicle failed to accelerate as all of the warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was shifted into the park position and when the contact attempted to shift the vehicle back to the drive position the vehicle failed to shift.
