Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owned a 2009 kia borrego. When the contact arrived home, he exited the vehicle, engaged the emergency brake, placed the vehicle in park, and turned off and exited the vehicle. Within seconds of entering his home, the contact heard a loud noise coming from his backyard. The contact ran outside and noticed that the vehicle crashed into a tree without warning.
