Description of the problem	2006 kia amanti speed control problem at minimal throttle the car would lurch or move very slow and then would buck mostly in cold weather. Never know when this will happen. Started at 4900 miles and still having problem at 94000. Dealer never can recreate problem. We have had the car in many times and its in today still no fix. I believe this car will get us killed. If you pull out in traffic and it only goes 10 miles an hour guess what's going to happen. Does anyone care nhtsa or kia. I think not!
