Description of the problem	Our 2006 kia amanti occasionally will, when starting from a stopped position, will initially hesitate as if its going to stall..., then lunge/accelerate quickly forward. I've mentioned it to the dealers, but because it doesn't happen often, i've never really pressed them on this.., but after reading the same complaint at this site, i wanted to document we also have experienced this. It probably occurs approx once every month, over the past couple years. It is potentially a dangerous condition, as the car could jump forward and hit pedestrians crossing in front of the car, or rear end cars near the front of the vehicle.
