| Description of the problem | My driver's side visor broke 2 weeks after purchasing, it was replaced, now my passenger side visor has broken too. It is the joint that holds it to the ceiling. The dealer is stating that i broke it intentionally, all my wife did was pull it down to look in the mirror and it broke.. This is a very poor design. I have read about many other people with the same issue. |
