| Description of the problem | While driving the middle lane on the highway doing 70 mph i drove over an overpass with a slight depression and my steering wheel started to violently shake so much so that i had difficulty moving to the right lane and then onto the emergency shoulder, this could have caused a serious accident. The dealer replaced the steering dampener the second time to correct this problem. This was the second time that this had happened, the first time was about 14 months earlier when the dealer replaced the steering dampener for the first time. To date i am on my third steering dampener in less than two years. Please investigate this design disaster that is an extreme hazard to all the safe drivers on our highways including me. Thank you. |
