| Description of the problem | My 2019 jeep wrangler along with other jeeps currently have a poorly manufactured steering box that is only marked as a service bulletin instead of a recall. I recently experienced an unsafe and uneasy steering issue on my recent road trip on my 35,000 mile jeep (stock). Ping ponging in between lanes and having close calls with others on the road because of the wandering and slight pull the jeep has at highway speeds which can be anywhere from 45mph-70mph. I'm hoping this will be addressed promptly and with urgency for all wrangler owners to keep the roads safer for everyone. |
