Description of the problem	The steering wheel has approximately 1/2 inch of uncontrolled play from wheel center. This causes uncontrolled vehicle drifting at speeds greater than 45 mph, and requires constant corrections to keep the vehicle traveling straight. Wheel movement can be several inches to the right or left, to generate the force required to correct vehicle drifting into the next lane or shoulder.
