Description of the problem	Steering wanders from the first time i took position of the vehicle. The steering would pull to one side and when make a little correction, it would pull to the other side. This is a constant problem. It didn't matter if i was driving at 25 mph or 50 mph. I thought it would improve the more i drive it but it did not get any better. The vehicle had been at the dealer's service department four times. The steering box was replaced on the third time that was brought back to them. The problem had not been corrected. The vehicle had been returned back to the service department since december 26, 2019. I was told that they're waiting for a tech from fica hopefully by mid-february 2020. The service manager told me that fica advised them that they've done all they can do and not to touch the vehicle until a tech from fica checks the vehicle. I advised the manager that this is a safety issue and i was not taking it back on the road. So the vehicle is sitting at their parking lot. The service department have had the vehicle for over 3 months so far and counting.
