| Description of the problem | Since taking posession of the jeep i have experienced major steering wandering. I have almost gotten in an accident twice as a result on a major highway. The truck has been to the dealership several times but all they do is tell me there is nothing wrong. I have spoken to many other jeep owners who are experiencing the same issues. I am fearful for my families safety at this point. Actual issue details: the steering will turn right or left unexpectedly. There is easily 2 inches of play in the steering as it is so when the truck wanders it is very difficult to keep it straight. This issues is most apparent on the highway but you can feel it as you drive around town. |
