Description of the problem	My steering wheel was not centered since i first got the car which was about 3 weeks ago. It has already been in service 3 times. Been at the dealership for 4 days out of the 3 weeks. They did the alignment twice and it did not solved. The steering wheels also waunders and does not track properly. It is very scary driving on the high way while trying to maintain control of the car to stay inside the lanes. Definitely a dead spot and the steering wheel does not response well. My car is still at the dealership. Brand new car and no solution at the moment. Also the radiator fan is very loud and unusual but i was just told it is common. Also my automatic engine shut off does not work at times.
