| Description of the problem | The steering on a brand new 2019 jeep wrangler jl with less than 100 miles has very loose steering with a dead spot at the top. It is extremely challenging to maintain a lane when driving, especially at highway speed requiring constant input from the driver. Under hard braking the vehicle will pull to the right. The dealer service department supposedly performed a 4-wheel alignment prior to me purchasing the vehicle after my initial compliant during test driving. This is a safety issue. |
