Description of the problem	When the outside temperature is hot enough and the a/c is turned on the cooling fan noise becomes excessive. It's a known issue with jeep. There's an actual tsb specifically for this noise. Tsb 18-041-18 rev b. When i took my jeep to the dealer to remedy,i was told that my jeep wasn't part of that tsb and the admitted noise was normal. If there's a tsb out for this condition,how is it normal? That means on some jeeps it's not normal? What's the criteria for it to be not normal?
