| Description of the problem | As i drove off the lot i noticed the instrument panel had a distortion on it. Dealership was unable to fix (after a software upgrade). More concerning is the car shakes violently when hitting a bump in the road. I took it in 3 times without resolution. Always on the highway, at first at high speeds, now even going below the speed limit. Sometimes it resolves on it's own, but lately i have to slow down or stop to make the shaking stop. (which is very dangerous when driving on a 65mph highway), the steering wheel shakes left to right and is very loose during these times. I feel very unsafe and it feels like the wheels are going to fall off. This is a brand new vehicle. It happened 5 times on a 15 mile trip to work this morning and has been happening since i bought the car in late february 2019. |
