Description of the problem	The windshield defroster only defrosts and clears fog and ice on the middle third of the windshield, leaving the side two thirds obstructed. This also prevents the wilers from being warmed and being able to clear snow and ice from the exterior of the windshield. I have experienced this while driving also which made me pull over and wait for the middle to thaw out again so i can see.
