Description of the problem	Vehicle is under recall w12/nhtsa 20v-124. Fiat/chrysler (fca) has been stalling us for quite a long time. The clutch pressure plate may become overheated and fracture the transmission, which can result in personal injury, or the car getting fire. The dealer says that chrysler doesn't have the part required to fix the car, and fca keeps routing me from one representative to another, but they won't even say if they have the part. I have been making payments diligently on a car that cannot be driven, as the statement on their own letter informs that the recall pertains to a serious safety issue. My car has been to the dealer and deemed that there is a leak and the clutch hose so i shouldn't drive it. The clutch already feels extremely soft and i am afraid to drive it. Fca does is not offering any hopes of fixing nor is providing any information regarding a timeline.
