Description of the problem	Missing welds and very poor and incomplete welds on the frame horns. Was replacing front bumper and noticed a weld that burned right through the metal in the frame and left a hole through the metal allowing the weather and elements to penetrate the inside of the frame. Upon further inspection, i also found incomplete welds and welds that were missing completely on one frame horn that were all present on the exact same frame horn located on the other side of the frame. On the frame horn missing the welds, the metal plates supporting the frame horn were not flush or even, the plate was crooked. On the frame horn where the welds were present, the plate was flush and even. This is the location where the bumper is bolted to the frame to protect the front of the vehicle. The welds could not be seen unless the bumper was removed
