| Description of the problem | When driving the vehicle at highway speeds and hit a bump or any sort of uneven terrain the vehicle shakes violently and uncontrollably. It literally feels like the wheels are going to fall off. Have to come to almost a complete stop to stop the shaking. During the shaking control of the vehicle is lost. I have been to jeep service centers 3 seperate occasions with this same problem. They tell me it's the steering damper and it's fixed and then it happens again with no warning. |
