The vehicle was towed back to hendrick chrysler dodge jeep ram fiat of concord, where the vehicle was test driven by a technician. The technician was unable to duplicate the failure. On another occasion while merging into traffic at 55 mph, the vehicle fishtailed. The contact was able to regain control of the vehicle and drove back to the residence. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 10,000.
