Description of the problem	A very extreme vibration in the steering wheel occurs at certain times when an uneven road is encountered at highway speeds also known as death wobble. The steering damper was replaced and does not solve this issue. The vehicle must be pulled over to the emergency lane and a complete stop must occur before continuing on. Until this proses has been completed it feels like the vehicle is loosing control by the operator. This usually occurs at a speed of 45 miles an hour on up.
