| Description of the problem | Vehicle shakes uncontrollably back and forth after hitting bump or change in pavement height at highway speed (60 to 70 mph). This started after roughly 2800 miles (6 weeks of ownership). This causes a loss of steering control and feeling that driver will lose control of vehicle. This has happened 4 times in last six days. Vehicle was taken to dealer who says they cannot find problem or recreate this loss of steering control. After hitting bump yesterday the only thing that stopped back and forth shaking was to pull to side of interstate highway. This situation is extremely dangerous. While this loss of steering control and shaking does not occur at slower speeds (yet), i believe this vehicle is completely unsafe to drive and will eventually cause a serious crash if it cannot be fixed. |
