Description of the problem	The frames welds have porosity, lack of penetration, splatter, too much silica. Also the paint around the welds are chipping, exposing the metal. There is rust starting to form inside the frame rails. I want to point out that this vehicle has never driven near salt and only has less than 8000 miles. Also. Rarely, the radio turns on by itself while the car is off.
