Consumer stated that while driving the vehicle began shaking, vibrating and rattling. *ld the consumer stated the service technician advised the steering dampner failed and needed to replaced. The technician also stated, there was a recall pertaining to the failure but, the vehicle's model was not included in the recall. The vehicle was out of warranty.
