Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2018 jeep wrangler. The contact received an unknown recall notice regarding the "death wobble". Mountain valley motors, inc. (7535 appalachian hwy, blue ridge, ga 30513) performed the recall repair. While the contact was taking a long road trip, the vehicle experienced the "death wobble". The vehicle was taken to miller's chrysler dodge jeep ram (48 keely island road, martinsburg, wv 25401, (888) 362-8027) to have the recall repair performed again. The dealer claimed that the original recall repair was performed incorrectly and the part was installed upside down. The vehicle was repaired and able to be driven home; however, the contact stated the front end of the vehicle continued to shake. The mountain valley dealer stated that the manufacturer issued new instructions on how to install the part, which could have caused confusion. The dealer did not know when the instructions were issued. The failure mileage was 13,000. The vin was unknown.
