| Description of the problem | I've had issues turning steering wheel during cold mornings (~30 degree) while driving at highway speed. I can only turn steering wheels about 5 degrees and then meet some resistance which it doesn't allow me to continue through my turn. This happens for turning both right and left directions. It is very scary at highway speed heading into an exit ramp or in the middle of a curve. I only have this issue when the temperature is low. It had happened several times this week in cold mornings. |
