Description of the problem	Stiff steering in cool weather. Exact likeness to complaint dated, october 8, 2019 nhtsa id number: 11267140, with similar vin. Components: steering while driving at highway speeds with outside temperatures in 30 to 50 degrees fahrenheit, the steering stiffens to the point that the force to overcome the stiffness and continue into the curve creates unsafe driving condition. This concern was expressed to the dealership's mechanics, but were not able to recreate the same experience. Vehicle was bought in december 2018. Stiffness in steering was first noticed in the spring of 2019. No problems through summer of 2019. Steering stiffness resurfaced last week with fall temperatures dropping into the 30's. This morning, 10/15/2019, steering was worse then and more difficult to overcome. I have not scheduled for dampner service to date. Reference to similar complaint, "when temps here dropped into the 40's, i noticed at 50-55 mph, it felt like someone was putting their hand on the wheel and trying to hold it still. It was resistant to turn very far then suddenly would "let go", ........."
