Description of the problem	When temps here dropped into the 40's, i noticed at 50-55 mph, it felt like someone was putting their hand on the wheel and trying to hold it still. It was resistant to turn very far then suddenly would "let go", which, i feel, is very dangerous. I came very close to heading into oncoming traffic. It's happened twice with 4 days and has been to the dealership twice now (had it towed from my place of work the day it happens on 10/4/19 and happened again today, 10/8/19). I have already come so close to being in one accident due to this issue. Nothing has been done--other than the v41 recall repair (new damper). This is extremely dangerous and i'm uncomfortable driving the jeep and it's nearly new!
