Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2018 jeep wrangler. While driving at any speed, the steering wheel can be turned up to two inches right and left and the wheels do not turn. Up to 4 inches of slack , free play in the steering wheel. Steering wheel must be constantly moving to stay on a straight path. There was no warning indicator illuminated.
