Description of the problem	While driving at approx 60-65mph, in 30 degree weather and on the highway, i was coming around a bend and the steering locked up. I could not turn my steering wheel and almost collided with a tractor trailer and was heading straight into the median. After pulling on the steering wheel and slowing down, the steering then loosend and my car swerved almost hitting the car in the next lane over. This has happened on 2 other separate occasions besides the one just explained. I
