| Description of the problem | At speeds over 70 mph when i hit a bump or seam in the road the steering whell vibrates violently as if something has disconnected. After about 10 seconds it stops. This has happened 3 times in 2 weeks. Vehicle only has 4k miles on it. Any speed over 65 causes a looseness in the wheel on uneven pavement even when not vibrating. After inspection dealer contacted chrysler and they advised replacing steering damper. Dealer advised to drive with caution till the part came in but i asked for a loaner as it obviousy unsafe to drive. |
