| Description of the problem | When outside air temperature is cold, steering becomes difficult at 50mph plus. Steering almost locks up and lets you move 15 to 20 degrees from center and will not move more unless a lot of force is applied to overcome, thus when this happens usually you go flying off to the side of the road.
