| Description of the problem | A small bump causes the steering wheel and front end of the car to violently shake. It happens at varying speeds, taking your foot off the accelerator or trying to break does not get it to stop, you ride it out. The wheels are shaking along with the steering wheel. In addition, the clock doesn't keep time and radio intermittently drops stations, scans through all of the stations or picks up static. I have a video of not being able to control the radio(on or off), unable to change the volume or shut the radio off. I was not able to use touch screen or the controls on the steering wheel in order to operate the radio. It has been brought in for service on for the shaking 3 times now, going on 4. Jeep says it |
