Description of the problem	It has happened a few times during very cold temperatures and high speeds where the steering wheel locks and its very hard switching lanes. I do not feel it in city driving. I have driven it on the highway when this has happened and the problems persists for about the first 30 minutes of the drive. After 30 minutes of driving it goes back to normal. I has not happened in temperatures over 35 degrees
