Description of the problem	If the car was going over 60 and hit a bump, the steering wheel would shake uncontrollably also causing the tires and the whole car to be uncontrollable. Would have to brake and try to get it back in control. Happened 6 times since i purchased the car in september the lasdt time it happened it scared me because it took a little while to get control of the car. I took it to napleton jeep and as i was explaining the situation she stopped and said it was a safety issue meaning i needed to clean out the car and would not be able to drive it. She said they had a jeep there for over 25 days and she did not know when i would be getting it back. It was explained to me it is a steering wheel damper. Over rated shock. I have called numerous times both the dealer and jeep. They have given me 3 different dates as to when the part will be in. None of those have come to forwishen. Someone was going to call me and no one ever does.
