| Description of the problem | There is excessive play in the steering wheel causing you to constantly make corrections just to keep the vehicle in the lane. Its very difficult to maintain lane position if you hit a bump or groove in pavement when traveling at speeds over 40mph. The dealership states it's a "lifted jeep thing" however the vehicle was bought new as equipped and owners without lifts report the same issues. The dis-regard for safety by jeep fca is deeply concerning as they are not assisting current owners with a resolution (my dealership denies the issue completely) and they continue to put more of these difficult to control vehicles on the road. Please help drive an investigation before someone is seriously injured or killed! |
