Description of the problem	While driving down highway beginning to go around left-hand curve, when you start to turn steering wheel toward the left, it will not turn. To get the vehicle to turn to the left, you have to apply the brake, but when you do apply the brake, the steering wheel releases the pressure that is holding it from not turning to the left. As a result the vehicle will dart into the on coming lane, head on to on coming traffic.
